Our LoKey Ranch Processing Facility, Brick Church Meats was founded by rancher Billy Bloomhall to solve a problem many in the livestock industry faced: there wasn’t a single beef processing facility that could process local rancher’s beef for 300 days. Ranchers worked hard to raise quality cattle but had limited options for local, transparent processing.
Our USDA processing facility ensures that cattle are processed humanely and handled with care at every step. By keeping operations local, we give ranchers control over their product, families access to high-quality beef, and communities the confidence of knowing exactly where their food comes from.
